This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the www.ph-orders.co.za website and forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Pinnacle Health (PTY) LTD (“Pinnacle Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

  1. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched for delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation requests are not considered approved until confirmed in writing by Pinnacle Health.

  1. Processing and Dispatch Timeframes

Pinnacle Health aims to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure efficient delivery.

Due to rapid order processing:

  • Orders may move into processing shortly after payment confirmation;
  • Same-day delivery orders may be processed immediately;
  • Cancellation requests submitted after processing has commenced may not be possible.
  1. Same-Day Delivery Orders

Orders placed for same-day delivery within Pretoria and Johannesburg regions may be processed immediately after payment confirmation.

As a result:

  • Same-day delivery orders generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed;
  • Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
  1. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase;
  • Refund processing may take approximately 3-12 business days, depending on the banking institution or payment provider;
  • Any transaction or payment gateway fees already incurred by Pinnacle Health may be deducted where legally permissible.
  • Any refunds are only refundable and processed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
  1. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • The order is no longer eligible for cancellation;
  • The order will fall under the Pinnacle Health Refund & Return Policy;
  • Due to the nature of supplements and health-related products, returns may be restricted for hygiene and safety reasons.
  1. Practitioner Orders

Orders placed through practitioner accounts, prescription-based orders, special-order products, or bulk purchases may not be cancelled once confirmed and processed.

Pinnacle Health reserves the right to refuse cancellations relating to:

  • Prescription-linked products;
  • Customized practitioner orders;
  • Bulk or special procurement orders; or
  • Products specifically sourced upon request.
  1. Fraud Prevention and Verification

Pinnacle Health reserves the right to:

  • Decline cancellation requests where fraud is suspected;
  • Request identity verification before processing refunds; and
  • Delay cancellations pending payment verification.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Health shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in banking refund processing;
  • Courier delays after dispatch;
  • Customer errors during checkout;
  • Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer; or
  • Losses arising from cancelled or refused orders beyond the amount paid for the order.
  1. Amendments to This Policy

Pinnacle Health reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
