Thank you for purchasing from Pinnacle Health (PTY) LTD (“Pinnacle Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Delivery Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for delivery of products purchased through our website.

  1. Delivery Times
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
  • Orders within close proximity to Pretoria and Johannesburg will be eligible for same-day delivery if placed before 11:00am. Orders outside of these areas will typically be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. All deliveries will be arranged once payment is confirmed.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  1. Delivery Limitations and Stock Availability
  • Pinnacle Health reserves the right to limit quantities of any products purchased.
  • If a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or provide a refund if required.
  1. Local Deliveries
  • Deliveries are restricted to locations within the Republic of South Africa.
  • The person accepting delivery may be required to present identification. Anyone receiving the products on your behalf is presumed authorised.
  • If no one is available to accept delivery, the driver will retain the products and leave a notice. We will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure either themselves or an authorised representative is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • A signature and printed name on the delivery note may be required to confirm receipt.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply if a repeat delivery is necessary. Our liability for delayed delivery is limited to re-scheduling delivery at a mutually agreed time without additional charge.
